PUBLIC HEARING
- An application for an amendment to the Master Development Plan for the Northside Crossing Creative Community. Project encompasses approximately 195 acres of land with a mixture of residential and commercial development. The subject property is generally bounded on the north by Tyhee Road, on the east by the Hiline Canal, on the south by New Day Parkway, and on the west by the Union Pacific Railroad. At the meeting, the Commission will consider whether the proposal satisfies the approval criteria in municipal code sections 18.21.030, 18.28.050.B, and 18.35.120. Type of Action: Recommendation. GENERAL BUSINESS
- An application for a preliminary plat for the Mingo Shops subdivision. Applicant proposes to subdivide 0.60 acres into 1 commercial lot and 1 lot dedicating right-of-way for Mingo Lane. Property is in the NW ¼ of Section 3, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho, generally located at 5015 Yellowstone Ave. Chubbuck, Idaho. Current zoning designation on the property places it in the General Commercial (C-2) land use district. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use map designates this area as commercial. Application will be evaluated against standards found in municipal code section 17.12.100. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)
- An application for a preliminary plat for Reflection Ridge at Harvest Springs subdivision, Division 2. Applicant proposes to subdivide 8.95 acres into 39 lots. The proposed subdivision includes 34 townhome lots, 4 single family residential and 1 open space common lot. Property is in the North ½ of Section 35, Township 5 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho, generally located east of Reflection Ridge at Harvest Springs Division 1 in Chubbuck, Idaho. Current zoning designation on the property places it in the Creative Community-Harvest Springs (CC-HS) land use district. The Harvest Springs Master Development Plan designates the area as Residential. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use map designates this area as Mixed Use. Application will be evaluated against standards found in municipal code section 17.12.100 and 18.34. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)
- An application for a preliminary plat for the Eva Heights Subdivision. Applicant proposes to subdivide 5.10 acres into 40 residential lots and 4 common open space lots. Property is in the SE ¼ of Section 5, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho, generally located at 14330 W. Chubbuck Road, Chubbuck, Idaho. Current zoning designation on the property places it in the General Residential (R-3) and Dense Residential (R-4) land use districts. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use map designates this area as Mixed Use. Application will be evaluated against standards found in municipal code section 17.12.100. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)
