PUBLIC HEARING
- An application for the initial zoning (Land Use District) on property that is proposed to be annexed into the City of Chubbuck. The proposed zone is Limited Residential (R-2). The subject property of approximately 3 acres is located at the southwest corner of Philbin Rd and Deckyr Dr. At the meeting, the Commission will consider whether the proposal satisfies the approval criteria in municipal code section 18.28.050.B. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)
