PUBLIC HEARING
- An application for a Title Map Amendment (zone change) from Limited Residential (R-2) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) on approximately .29 acres of land, located at 610 Mallard Drive in Chubbuck, Idaho. The Comprehensive Plan designates the area as Medium Density Residential. At the meeting, the Commission will consider whether the proposal satisfies the approval criteria in municipal code section 18.28.050.B. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)
