PUBLIC HEARING

1. An application for a Change in Land Use District from Agriculture (A) to Dense Residential (R-4) on approximately 2.97 acres of land. Subject property is in the NW ¼ of Section 9, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho, generally located at the northeast corner of Philbin Road and Sawtooth Street, Chubbuck, Idaho. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use map designates this area as Mixed Use. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS

1. An application for a preliminary plat for Bilyeu Estates Divisions 6 containing 13 residential lots. Subject property is located in the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 4, Township 6 South, Range 34 East, of the Boise Meridian, Bannock County ID. Generally located West of Hyrum Street North of W Chubbuck Rd. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)

2. An application for a preliminary plat for Reflection Ridge at Harvest Springs Phase 1 containing 49 lots (47 single family residential, 1 common lot, and 1 open space lot). Subject Property is located in the NW ¼ of Section 35, Township 5 South, Range 34 East, of the Boise Meridian, Idaho. Generally located on the east side of Hiline Road and approximately 1,500 feet south of Tyhee Road. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)
