The Land Use & Development Commission Meeting has been canceled.

PUBLIC HEARING

1. An application for a rehearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for loft-style townhomes in the General Commercial (C-2) zone. The Chubbuck 2045: Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map designates this area for Commercial development. The subject property comprises approximately .4 acres and is located at 111 W Briscoe Rd, Chubbuck, Idaho. The application will be reviewed against criteria in section 18.28.020.C.5 of City Code. Type of action: Decision. Rescheduled for August 25, 2026.

2. An application for the initial zoning (land use district) on property that is proposed to be annexed into the City of Chubbuck. The proposed zone is Limited Residential (R-2). The subject property of approximately 25.17 acres is located approximately 1,900 feet south of Siphon Rd, west of Cole St, north of the Church Lateral canal, and approximately 970 feet east of Philbin Rd. At the meeting, the Commission will consider whether the proposal satisfies the approval criteria for the zoning designation in municipal code section 18.28.050.B. Type of Action: Recommendation. Rescheduled for August 25, 2026.
