PUBLIC HEARING

1. An application for initial designation of property into the Agriculture (A) Land Use District (zone) that is proposed to be annexed into the City of Chubbuck. The subject property of approximately 497.51 acres of land is generally located on the east side of Interstate Highway 15 and approximately 1,100 feet or more north and northeast of Northgate Parkway in Bannock County, Idaho. At the meeting, the Commission will consider whether the proposal satisfies the approval criteria in municipal code section 18.28.050.B. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)
