CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)

APPROVAL OF MINUTES for November 21, 2023 meeting (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS

1. Board will review administrative and ministerial claims, as defined by Resolution 2022-1, approved by the Chair and Director since the last Regular Meeting.
2. Board will review Financial Report.
3. Board will review and may approve claims to be paid. (Action Item)
4. Board will discuss and may approve extensions of the Agreements to Negotiate Exclusively for the properties located at 152 Evans, and 300 E Linden, and confirm Director’s and Chair’s decisions to permit development applications at 152 Evans. (Action Item)
5. Board will review the fair reuse appraisal and will discuss and may approve a development and disposition agreement with or without amendments, or to direct staff to continue working on the matters for the property located at 152 Evans. If the agreement is not signed, the Board may schedule an upcoming special meeting. Board may discuss how CDA can assist with the project’s pedestrian safety improvements. (Action Item)
6. Discussion about fire at 339 E. Chubbuck Road, property of the CDA, and impacts on the disposal process.
7. Director will provide an update on the Knudsen reimbursement request under the Owner Participation Agreement. (Action Item)
