The Development Services Division oversees land development processes from concept to completion of development improvements and platting. Developments often require reviews by the Land Use and Development Commission, the City Council, and internal and external agencies.

Land Use & Development Commission (LUDC):
The Commission meets regularly on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. Generally, complete applications needing little adjustment after reviews can be submitted 4 weeks before the Commission meeting and be reviewed.
