CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)

APPROVAL OF MINUTES for 8/16/22 Special Meeting (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS

1. Board will review Financial Report.
2. Board will review and may approve claims to be paid. (Action Item)
3. Board will discuss 1992 Downtown Improvement Plan’s upcoming projects and discuss possible alternative projects depending on funding.
4. Director’s Report providing updates on activities going on in the Agencies plan areas including the 1992 Downtown Improvement, Northside Crossing, Harvest Springs, and Pine Ridge Mall areas.
5. Board will elect a Chair and Vice Chair for the next calendar year. (Action Item)
