APPROVAL OF MINUTES for 12/7/22 Special Joint Meeting with Council (Action Item)


  1. Board will review the administrative and ministerial claims approved by the Chair and Executive Director since the last regular meeting in November 2022.
  2. Board will review Financial Report
  3. Board will review and may approve claims to be paid. (Action Item)
  4. Board will review and may approve additional expense request for the Arbor Court project as it relates to the project’s owner participation agreement. (Action Item)
  5. Board will review and may approve First Addendum to Project Development Agreement between the City and the CDA in the Chubbuck Downtown Improvement Project urban renewal area. (Action Item)
  6. Board will review request from Executive Director to redesignate which site the CDA will donate for a park area near city hall. Director requests to designate Lot 1 Block 3 of the Chubbuck City Hall plat as the lot to be donated and to retain Lot 1 Block 1 for agency disposal. (Action Item)
  7. Board will review RFP template and may approve changes and commencing the disposal process for CDA-owned properties through the Request for Proposals process for its properties located at 339 E. Chubbuck, 152 Evans, 260 E. Linden Ave., 280 E. Linden Ave., and/or 300 E. Linden Ave. (Action Item)
