1. Approval of Alpine Crossing Div. 1A Preliminary Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
2. Approval of the Alcohol license for Beer and Wine for Fast Stops (Common Cents). (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss if all City, State and County requirements have been completed).
3. Parks & Recreation Development Impact Fee Use Policy Recommendation regarding the use of monies in existing parks and for new public trail/paths for qualifying system improvements. (Action Item)
