1. Approval of Patriot Square Commercial-East Final/Short Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
2. Parks & Recreation Division Request to use unexpended FY22 monies for select uses in FY23. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the Parks & Recreation Divisions funding Request).

Claims:

1. Ratify Approval of the City of Chubbuck claims for December 21, 2022 as presented to Mayor England and Council. (Action Item).
2. City of Chubbuck claims for January 4, 2023 as presented to Mayor England and Council. (Action Item).
