Approval of Minutes: June 7, 2023 and June 15, 2023. (Action Item)

General Business:

1. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Bilyeu Estates Div. 8. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).

2. Council will review and may accept the highest bids for Lot 13, Block 1 of the Grove – Division No. 1 and Lot 3, Block 3 of The Grove – Division No. 1, both of which were deemed surplus real property, and Possibly Authorize the Mayor to Enter into a Contract to sell Lot 13, Block 1 of the Grove Division No. 1, and Lot 3, Block 3 of The Grove – Division Number 1. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the disposal of surplus property).

3. Resolution XXX to Accept ADA Grant Award. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss a grant to install ADA curb ramp improvements).

4. Resolution XXX to Accept Canal Trail Grant Award. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss a grant to install a canal trail from Philbin Rd. to Hawthorne Rd.).
