Approval of Minutes: July 19, 2023. (Action Item)

Public Hearing:

1. A proposed budget for the fiscal year 2024 from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024, and the consideration of the proposed use or reserve of forgone property taxes pursuant to Idaho code 50-1002.

General Business:

1. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX Appropriations for FY2024. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the possible adoption of a budget for FY24).

2. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Resolution 2023-XXX Forgone Property Taxes. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the proposed use or reserve of forgone taxes.)
3. Approval of the Updated Vehicle Use Policy. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the updates to the vehicle use policy).
4. Discussion and Possible Approval of Changes to Briarwood Park. (Action Item)
5. Review and Accept bid for City Hall Park to Seasons West. (Action Item)
   (The Council will Discuss and Possibly Authorize the Mayor to Enter into a Contract for park improvements by city hall).  

6. Review and Accept bid for the 2023 Asphalt Maintenance Project to Depatco. (Action Item)
   (The Council will Discuss and Possibly Authorize the Mayor to Enter into a Contract for asphalt maintenance).            

7. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Arbor Court. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).
