2. Approval of Lebanon Acres Short Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
3. Approval of Lot 13 Re-Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
4. Approval of Items for Auction or Disposal. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss City property for auction or disposal).
5. Approval to Re-Appoint Krystal Denney to the Chubbuck Development Authority. (Action Item)
   (The council will discuss an appointment to the CDA Board).
6. Approval to Appoint Bryson Smith to the Land Use and Development Commission. (Action Item)
   (The Council will discuss an appointment to the Land Use and Development Commission).
