   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
2. Approval of Philbin Crossing Preliminary Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
3. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Academy Campus. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).

4. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Yellowstone Village. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).

5. Approval of Concord Corner Short Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
6. Adoption of Ordinance XXX Idaho Power Franchise Fee Renewal. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss granting Idaho Power a 25yr extension).
7. Adoption of Resolution XXX Administrative or Ministerial Claims. (Action Item).
   (Council will discuss administrative and ministerial claims against the City).

8. Review Parks Capital Improvement Plan Proposal and Possible Approval for the Mayor to enter into a contract for services with J-U-B Engineers. (Action Item)

9. Review Miller Park Master Plan Proposal and Possible Approval for the Mayor to enter into a contract for services with J-U-B Engineers. (Action Item)

10. Acceptance of 2023 Election Results. (Action Item)
