2. Approval of Chubbuck Village Preliminary Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
3. Approval of Legacy Park Div. 2 Final Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
4. Approval of Copperfield Landing Div. 7 Final Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
5. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Northside Crossing Div. 4. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).

6. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Linden Cove. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).
