Approval of Minutes: January 3, 2024. (Action Item)

Public Hearing:

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will hold a public hearing to accept and consider public testimony regarding proposed changes to chapters 17.24 and 17.28 pertaining to Police, Fire and Emergency Services, and Parks and Trails development impact fees and capital improvements plans, including proposed fee increases and decreases in all three impact fee categories. Fees were calculated in accordance with Idaho Code Title 67 Chapter 82.

General Business:

1. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX Police, Fire/Emergency Services, Parks Capital Plans and Impact Fees. (Action Item)  
   (Council will discuss changes to city code 17.24 and 17.28).
2. Approval of Seven Flat Subdivision Short Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
3. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX for the Annexation of approx. 4.28 acres, located at 5328 Yellowstone Ave. into the General Commercial (C-2) zone. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the annexation of 4.28 acres into the City limits).
4. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX for the Annexation of approximately 5.10 acres, located at 14330 W. Chubbuck Rd. It is proposed to place approximately 2.16 acres into the General Residential (R-3) zone and approximately 2.94 acres into the Dense Residential (R-4) zone. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the annexation of 5.10 acres into the City limits).

5. Approval of Items for Auction or Disposal. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss City property for auction or disposal).
