Approval of Minutes: February 7, 2024. (Action Item)

General Business:

1. Approval of Brookstone Estates Div. 13 Final Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
2. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX for the Annexation of approximately 10 acres, located at 14330 W. Chubbuck Rd. It is proposed to place approximately 2.16 acres into the General Residential (R-3) zone and approximately 2.94 acres into the Dense Residential (R-4) zone, including a Zoning Development Agreement (ZDA), and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the annexation of 5.10 acres into the City limits).

3. Approval of Items for Auction or Disposal. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss City property for auction or disposal).
