Public Hearing:

1. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will hold a public hearing for consideration of a proposed amended budget for the fiscal period October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024: and an amended fiscal appropriation ordinance for said period, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 50-1002, 50-1003, 50-1106, Idaho Code.

PROPOSED EXPENDITURES

The following is an estimate, set forth in said amended budget of the proposed increases in expenditure of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, for the period October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.  All other expenditures shall remain without change as set forth in the original appropriation ordinance adopted August 2, 2023.  Said amounts are set forth by fund as follows:

General Business:

1. Adoption of Ordinance XXX to Amend the FY2024 Appropriation Ordinance. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss amending the FY24 Budget). 

2. Approval of the Re-Plat of Lot 2, Block 5 of Northside Crossing Division 4 Short Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).

3. Discussion on a Possible Zoning Development Agreement (ZDA) with a future Annexation of approximately 5.10 acres, located at 14330 W. Chubbuck Rd. It is proposed to place approximately 2.16 acres into the General Residential (R-3) zone and approximately 2.94 acres into the Dense Residential (R-4) zone.
   (Council will discuss a zoning development agreement (ZDA)).

4. Approval of Requests for Funding for FY2024. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss funding requests).
5. Discussion on Miller Park All-Wheels Park Design.
6. Discussion about the March 20, 2024 Council Meeting.
