   (Council will discuss if all city requirements have been inspected and completed).

3. Approval of the FY23 Health Plan Trust Contribution. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the City’s contribution to the health plan trust).

4. Adoption of Resolution XXX Accrue Forgone Property Taxes. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the intent and purpose of collecting forgone taxes.)
5. Approval of Renewal of Annual Appropriation Certificates of Participation Series 2019. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the renewal of the annual appropriation lease certificates of participation series 2019).
