CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)

APPROVAL OF MINUTES for May 16, 2023 meeting (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS

1. Board will review administrative and ministerial claims, as defined by Agency Resolution
   2022-1, approved by the Chair and Director since the last Regular Meeting.
   2. Board will review Financial Report.
   3. Board will review and may approve claims to be paid. (Action Item)
   4. Board will hold a public hearing to take comments from the public regarding on Fiscal
   Year 2024 Budget, which was tentatively approved at the May 16th meeting. Following
   the hearing, the Board may choose to adopt the budget as proposed or with
   modifications. (Action Item)
   5. Board will adopt Resolution 2023–01 to terminate the 1992 Downtown Improvement
   Project Plan in accordance with Idaho Code 50-2903(5) and Director will provide an
   overview of the next steps in the district’s closure which may include the need to hold
   special meetings in August and September. (Action Item)
   6. Director will provide an overview of the disposal of the Agency’s properties owned
   through the 1992 Downtown Improvement Plan Project Plan.
   7. Board will review and discuss the disposal of Lot 3 Block 3 of Chubbuck City Hall Plat to
   the City of Chubbuck, and may authorize the quit claiming of the property, with or
   without restrictions. (Action Item)
   8. Board will review and discuss a proposal from the Executive Director to transfer funds
   from Fund 23, Chubbuck Downtown Improvement District, to the Agency’s General
   Fund 22, for agency administrative costs. (Action Item)
   9. Board will discuss and may authorize legal counsel to draft an agreement, and for the
   Chair to sign, for the payment of funds for the railroad crossing portion of the New Day
   Parkway expansion project to the City of Chubbuck, a project which has been approved
   and was anticipated to occur in FY23 but due to circumstances outside of the City’s or
   CDA’s control, will not. (Action Item)
   10. Director will provide an update on the pedestrian safety improvement project in the
   1992 Downtown Improvement Plan project area.
