General Business:

1. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX for the Annexation of approximately 22.67 acres of land located at the northwest corner of Philbin Road and Angela Street, also known as Miller Park. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the annexation of 22.67 acres into the City limits).
2. Confirm the Mayor’s Appointment of Bridger Morrison as Public Works Director. (Action Item)
   (The council will discuss an appointment to Public Works Director).
3. Resolution XXX Approval of Records for Destruction. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the destruction of City records).
4. Approval of Renewal of Annual Appropriation Certificates of Participation Series 2019. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the renewal of the annual appropriation lease certificates of participation series 2019).
