CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)
APPROVAL OF MINUTES for July 18, 2023 meeting (Action Item)
GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Board will review Financial Report.
2. Board will review and may approve claims to be paid. (Action Item)
3. Board will adopt the approved Fiscal Year 2024 Budget via Resolution 2023-2. (Action Item)
4. Board will review and may adopt the 3rd Addendum to the Project Development
Agreement between the CDA and the City of Chubbuck, which tenders to the City, funds
to complete remaining work on the ongoing New Day Parkway Project related to the
railroad crossing. (Action Item)
5. Board will discuss the idea of “micro urban renewal districts” and consider whether to
entertain the Legacy Park developer coming before the board in September to discuss a
micro district on the development for a select purpose.
6. Board will review the proposed supplemental budget for FY23, which reflects actual
revenues and expenditures for FY23, and which will be reviewed by the board in
September for approval.
7. Director will provide an overview of the disposal of the Agency’s properties owned
through the 1992 Downtown Improvement Plan Project Plan, and will provide a project
update on the pedestrian safety improvement project.
