General Business:

1. Approval of J.L Estates Preliminary Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
2. Approval of J.L Estates Final Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
3. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX for the Annexation of approximately 22.67 acres of land located at the northwest corner of Philbin Road and Angela Street, also known as Miller Park. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the annexation of 22.67 acres into the City limits).
4. Discussion and Possibly Authorize the Mayor to sign the loan offer agreement amendment for the DEQ Drinking Water Loan for Project DW 1602. (Action Item)
5. Discussion and Adoption of Ordinance XXX Water Revenue Bond.(Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the sale of water revenue bond to the DEQ).
6. Discussion and Adoption of Ordinance XXX Title 18 Height Limits. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss updates to several sections of title 18 of city code).

7. Approval of Items for Auction or Disposal. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss City property for auction or disposal).
