CALL TO ORDER & DISCLOSURE OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST (IF ANY)

APPROVAL OF MINUTES for September 19, 2023 meeting (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS

1. Board will review administrative and ministerial claims, as defined by Resolution 2022-1, approved by the Chair and Director since the last Regular Meeting.
2. Board will review Financial Report.
3. Board will review and may approve claims to be paid. (Action Item)
4. Board will discuss disposal of CDA properties at: 339 E Chubbuck Rd., 152 Evans, and 300 E Linden, and Board may approve development and disposition agreements with or without amendments, or to direct staff to continue working on the matters. (Action Item)
5. Director will provide an update on the Northside Crossing urban renewal area reimbursement request under the terms of the district and the Owner Participation Agreement and Board may authorize payment. (Action Item)
6. Director will provide an update on the pedestrian safety improvement project in the 1992 Downtown Improvement Plan project area.
7. Director will provide an update on the Knudsen reimbursement request under the Owner Participation Agreement and Board may authorize payment. (Action Item)

8. Director will provide an update on administrative activities related to functions of the CDA.
