Approval of Minutes: November 1, 2023. (Action Item)

General Business:

1. Approval of the 2024 Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses. (Action Item).
   (Council will discuss if all City, State and County requirements have been completed).

2. Approval of Pauline Flats Final Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). 
3. Approval of Annual Impact Fee Advisory Committee Recommendation/Report. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss an annual report/recommendation on city impact fees).

4. Motion to enter into an Executive Session in accordance with Idaho Code 74-206 (1)(c): ”To acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency.” (Action Item)
