Approval of Minutes: September 6, 2023. (Action Item)

Public Hearing:

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, will conduct a Public Hearing in accordance with Idaho Code 63-1311A, to consider public comment regarding proposed fee increases in excess of five percent (5%) of the amount of the fee last collected or regarding proposed new fees with respect to Wastewater Connection, Water Rates, Water Connection, and a 3% convenience fee that will be charged on all card transactions.

General Business:

1. The Swearing in of Chubbuck Police Officers.
2. Adoption of Resolution XXX City Fees. (Action Item).
   (Council will discuss all public and department fees for the City).

3. Discussion and Adoption of Ordinance XXX 1992 Urban Renewal District Plan. (Action Item)
   (Council will discuss the termination of the 1992 urban renewal district plan).
4. Discussion and Approval of Change Order to add additional Streets to the 2023 Asphalt Maintenance Project. (Action Item)
   (The Council will Discuss and Possibly Authorize the Mayor to Enter into a Contract for asphalt maintenance).
