PUBLIC HEARING

1. An application for a Conditional Use Permit for a duplex at 200 Stuart Drive in the Limited Residential (R-2) zone in Chubbuck, Idaho. The site comprises approximately .25 acres of land, designated by the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map for Medium Density Residential development. The application will be reviewed against criteria in section 18.28.020.C.5 of City Code. Type of action: Decision. (Action Item)

GENERAL BUSINESS

1. Commission may discuss and ask questions regarding a memo sent on 9/7/23 regarding compensation for the Commission.
