GENERAL BUSINESS

1. An application for a preliminary plat for the Copperfield Landing Subdivision, Division 7. Applicant proposes to subdivide 11.7 acres into 145 residential lots. Property is in the NW/NE ¼ of Section 4, Township 6 South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Idaho, generally located at 800 block of West Siphon Road, west of Truman St. and south of W. Siphon Rd., Chubbuck, Idaho. Current zoning designation on the property places it in the Planned Unit Development (PUD) land use district. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use map designates this area as Low Density/Mixed Use. Application will be evaluated against standards found in municipal code section 17.12.100. Type of Action: Recommendation. (Action Item)
